Pine Mushrooms

Spicy. Bold. Earthy.

The Pine Mushroom, also known as Matsutake (Tricholoma murillianum), is most famously consumed in Japan but is growing more commonly utilized in kitchens across North America. Their spicy flavour and meaty texture lends well in a myriad of recipes. Less is more when cooking with these revered fungi.

This product is freeze dried which retains the mushroom’s nutrition, flavour and colour.
